我響銅鑼灣住,去邊度食飯,有時都好難講,因為揸車周圍都冇地方停,剛剛有個位係呢間野門口,但我成日見呢間野唔係好旺,正常係核心嘅核心係心臟嘅心臟區,應該排隊排到暈啦,算啦都試吓啦。去燒臘舖Johnson哥教我,一定要食雙比飯但係食得多都有啲悶,就叫咗燒鵝髀乳豬飯,連飲品$146。抵唔抵見仁見智,各人唔同水平,唔好比較。我哋針對嗰啲飯去講,1)嗰啲飯配嗰條油菜,上碟前無返拖滾水。已經唔係一級水平。2)飯無乜飯香,冇估計錯係中新花,想好生意就用全新花啦!3)乳豬都可以,豬醬有調過。4)燒鵝就很一般,鵝種係可以,因為食到肉味。好可惜係燒製方式,在坊間已經有好多好出名,所以食落可以咁講,非常一般。4-$50飯就冇詐型嘅,但作為$146的飯,真係有要求㗎,老闆!所以好中心嘅中心,都唔係排晒隊,係有原因!

我哋針對嗰啲飯去講,

1)嗰啲飯配嗰條油菜,上碟前無返拖滾水。已經唔係一級水平。

2)飯無乜飯香,冇估計錯係中新花,想好生意就用全新花啦!

3)乳豬都可以,豬醬有調過。

4)燒鵝就很一般,鵝種係可以,因為食到肉味。好可惜係燒製方式,在坊間已經有好多好出名,所以食落可以咁講,非常一般。


4-$50飯就冇詐型嘅,但作為$146的飯,真係有要求㗎,老闆!

所以好中心嘅中心,都唔係排晒隊,係有原因!
