To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係12月24號前一日係openrice訂左2人位,到24號餐廳打黎comfirm話會安排係泳池旁同8:30就座.到個夜去到只見好多人亂七八糟係門口等完全無人招呼.唯有跟大隊咁等,8點半等到9點先逐個安排入去坐,到我已經9點1-2點知無我地既record要等所有人入哂先安排其他我地入去.入到去野食唔係特別好,又唔多選擇,地方細但十分多人.絕對不會再來.
