To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某天晚上胃口不太好正好在太古城溜达，看到这家金记冰室还挺多人排队的，果断跑来试试。之前时常光顾铜锣湾的金记冰室，算是香港最喜欢的茶餐厅之一。太古店拿号的时候还以为不用等太久，结果五六个号码等了半小时，有点郁闷。进店的时候感觉装修风格没那么喜欢，跟铜锣湾店的复古风差距蛮大的。点了两份牛肉出前一丁，配三明治鸡蛋，加上时蔬，人均几十块钱搞定了。吃的还是挺舒服的，他们家的汤底不错。上菜速度也还可以吧。服务态度在茶餐厅里算好的，总体而言很不错的一家店。
