Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上禮拜和朋友辦完事經過了這間添好運,想說來試吃看看,我們點了叉燒包,粉果,蘿蔔糕,蝦餃,馬拉糕,蜜味叉燒腸,出餐速度蠻快的,叉燒包外皮真的很酥,但多吃會有點膩,粉果外皮還有點硬,馬拉糕好吃~蘿蔔糕也吃的到蘿蔔絲,最喜歡的是腸粉!可ㄧ個人吃ㄧ份,但服務態度需加強,且假日通常很多人~
