To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約咗朋友喺上環食飯，由於午飯時間好多人，本來諗住去食壽司，可惜真係冇辦法等，於是轉左去Deli-ODeli-O係我以前喺上環返工嘅時候都會成日幫襯，因為鍾意佢多選擇，而且價錢唔貴。今日我叫咗海鮮喇沙參參，呢個都係我以前成日會叫嘅嘢食，雖然比起正宗嘅星加坡喇沙不能相提並論，不過佢個湯底同正宗嘅喇沙湯底差不多味道，而且$63都算係抵食。
