Restaurant: The Chairman

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 地理位置:路真的太難找了,地鐵上環站出來如果認路的情況下可能需要15分鐘,找路的話可能需要花點時間,需要在個很隱蔽的地方上樓梯,左轉,直行,再下樓梯才能看到。菜品:「雞油花雕蒸大花蟹」這個菜可能期望太大覺得一般,蟹是新鮮的但沒有很大,湯底是混湯,雞油味不重,花雕味太重蓋過了蟹味,陳村粉倒是吸收了湯汁很好吃。「九層塔辣椒膏炒蜆」很大隻新鮮而且飽滿「豆苗」這個真的要表揚 全部只取大葉豆苗的最嫩頭,炒那麼一盆要多少豆苗可想而知環境沒想的好,門口破破的,裡面也沒很高級,好在還算乾淨。中午12點才開門,早到捲簾門也拉著,總的服務還行吧。
