To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

發現路口開了一間粉麵店, 店內裝潢很有特色, 而且也有很多食客, 試試新口味吧.點了一碗招牌河粉, 老闆推薦豚肉, 也要了一份.還要了一杯豆漿, 很滑, 而且也很香豆味, 與外面的有明顯分別.河粉不會太淋, 煮得剛好, 配料有酸菜, 蕃茄, 蒜頭, 豆豉, 的確是很特別的配搭. 下次要加一點點辣味, 在寒冬裡的確是另一種享受.豚肉用醬汁煮得很入味, 老闆沒有介紹錯.看看菜單, 還有很多的選擇, 相信再來的機會很高.下次一定要外賣一支豆漿
