To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很好味的抹茶飲品

前陣子我在旺角喝了一杯很不好喝的抹茶飲，在非常沮喪之際，我好友同我講銅鑼灣開咗一間超級勁好味嘅飲品店，叫我得閑去試吓。上個禮拜我去銅鑼灣，所以我就叫左佢帶我去試吓，睇吓好唔好飲。地點雖然唔係好就腳，但係因為有朋友帶，所以就覺得OK，而且飲完之後，都覺得非常之好味。下次一定會再去。佢呢度除咗有佢最人氣第一嘅飲品-‘宇治抹茶白玉’之外仲有其他飲品。聽聞其他飲品都唔錯㗎。要講下呢個宇治抹茶白玉，佢嗰杯野嘅抹茶味濃郁，個綠茶味香得來又唔苦，而且唔係太甜，非常之好飲。加上嗰啲白玉比珍珠好食，很有咬口，但又滑身。因為珍珠有時都會有啲硬。來自靜岡嘅抹茶，真係有淡淡茶香，不錯不錯。因為本人喜歡抺茶，所以特別喜歡這個飲品。
