Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本諗住即興去佐敦新開嘅Hare, 點知去到已經訂滿咗,唯有去附近搵食,點知中晒伏😫武藏山,晚上6點去到,未有客,安排我哋入去,放低個體溫探測器係枱面,我地拍咗,又唔拎走。開始叫野食,叫咗個刺身盛同牡丹蝦一隻,$298+$68,普通材料,好爭鮮少少。梅酒$58,係今餐飯最差,用隻100ml細杯,放滿冰,得少少酒,只飲冰水味。再叫清酒煮蜆$98,完全冇酒味,清湯蜆肉唔新鮮炸蝦天婦羅$80,3隻蝦冇蝦味腩肉串燒$38、鰻魚串燒$48、牛舌串燒$38,普普通通,唔難食冇服務,唔會再倒茶兩個人埋單$720,完全唔值
