To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次一個愉快的生日慶祝體驗,一間很有誠意,有笑容的餐廳在OpenRice 預約,寫上為父親大人的生日,來到選擇一個舒適的位置,看著壽司吧枱上所有新鮮的刺身,我點了一個8款刺身併盤,8款刺身非常新鮮,到枱上,經理先會介紹一下各款刺身種類,加拿大海膽質地乾身,新鮮鮮甜,用上真正的牡丹蝦,蝦頭爆膏三文魚皮三文魚子沙律做前菜非常不錯,用上的蔬菜非常新鮮的由於見到師傅當日剛開一條新鮮的油甘魚,即時點了鹽燒油金魚頭,每邊的油金魚頭燒得非常平均,尤其是魚眼位,充滿魚油,我父親非常滿意,另外還有點了剛到貨的新鮮吞拿魚腩,充滿油脂及魚味濃海鮮湯及明太子茶漬飯,海鮮湯是超濃縮的,海鮮集於一身,正!最後餐廳還送上一個小甜品,寫上生日祝福語,我感到非常驚喜,我非常推薦此店,因為全個過程很愉快,餐廳的工作人員很禮貌,謝謝!

由於見到師傅當日剛開一條新鮮的油甘魚,即時點了鹽燒油金魚頭,每邊的油金魚頭燒得非常平均,尤其是魚眼位,充滿魚油,我父親非常滿意,另外還有點了剛到貨的新鮮吞拿魚腩,充滿油脂及魚味濃

海鮮湯及明太子茶漬飯,海鮮湯是超濃縮的,海鮮集於一身,正!

最後餐廳還送上一個小甜品,寫上生日祝福語,我感到非常驚喜,我非常推薦此店,因為全個過程很愉快,餐廳的工作人員很禮貌,謝謝!
