前身Sushi Kado主理人重新開此店,由伊利近街喬遷到九如坊。Kado和Sumi都是解作角落,不過就分為外角和內角,日本很紅的「角落生物(角落小夥伴)」,日語也是用了「sumi」,Sumikko Gurashi(すみっコぐらし)。おまかせ(廚師發板)有兩款價錢,貴的多了幾道菜式,多吃一點,這次選擇了另一款便宜一點的,以壽司為主。因主理人有點事情,今次主廚換了另一人,但功力一樣好,食物水準很好。餐前凍番茄,酸甜開胃。每件壽司魚都十分新鮮,而且熟成做得很好,滿足味覺享受。蛋卷軟綿線,有點象蛋榚質地。最後甜品也十分周到,甜榚、水果和綠茶,解膩消滯。2人光顧,點餐如下:Sushi Omakase x2Ikkon Junmai Daiginjo加一後,合共HK$3,542。
