依間餐廳好姊妹前排食過,之後讚好不絕,所以今晚我就Book咗枱嚟食喇。雖然餐廳位於比較僻靜嘅街道,但夜晚都有好多人嚟食,要食的話記住book咗枱啊!Choo Choo嘅裝修以火車車箱內為主,有幾個投影用嘅火車車窗,播影住平時搭火車去旅行車窗見到嘅影像,感覺真係好似去梗旅行呢。今日食咗1)泰式軟殻蟹羅勒葉墨魚麵(2)牛肩胛配露筍黑松露波特菇(3)雜苺汁泰式軟殻蟹羅勒葉墨魚麵上到枱就聞到陣陣羅勒香,好吸引。軟殻蟹炸到啱啱好亦夠熱,唔會乾哂或擺到漏哂氣。墨魚意粉方面,對我嚟講辣咗少少,但就好啱Mr.J味。因為意粉有羅勒同蒜頭炒過,食落好惹味。雜苺汁好開胃,酸酸哋甜甜哋,每飲一啖都好似食梗10幾粒雜苺咁,依個我好喜歡。牛肩胛配露筍黑松露波特菇,上菜時擺到好靚,最上係牛肩胛,中間有幾條露筍隔住,最底係黑松露波特菇,而且overall就有刨碎哂嘅芝士遍佈成隻碟,芝士就一路食一路溶,好好味啊!牛肩胛煎到啱啱好五成熟,食落好嫩口,仲有好多肉汁喺裡面;黑松露波特菇有幾條露筍隔住,咁就牛肩胛唔會沾到黑枱露。波特菇好大隻,包住濃郁嘅黑松露,好夾好好味。
