平時吃的上湯炆龍蝦伊麵通常都係以伊麵做底,但呢個就以較幼身的麵做底,掛汁能力很高,吃一小啖就已經可以嚐到汁既鮮味。龍蝦亦煮得剛剛好🤪不會過熟,口感彈牙😋

上湯浸時蔬
上菜時看到有金華火腿絲在娃娃菜上,湯頭很清,幾鮮(應該係金華火腿絲帶出), 菜很腍。雖然已經很飽,但都仲可以吃多幾條🤪

芝麻糊配擂沙湯丸
平時既我都唔係特別中意芝麻糊,因為出面一係就做到好澀身,一係就好甜。但今次呢個稀澀程度係岩岩好,甜度亦是,喝起上來很順口🥺

擂沙湯丸上菜既時候仲係暖暖的,湯丸皮薄,口感煙靭,但相對芝麻糊就較甜,不過都很香花生味。🥜

除咗套餐之外,今晚仲叫咗幾碟餸去試下,都幾有驚喜。

脆皮牛腩
很嶄新的體驗,通常出麵食都係直接炆牛腩,但呢度就整咗個脆皮,增添口感。外皮香脆,牛腩炆得幾淋。餐廳另外提供喼汁及芥辣,好似中西合璧咁樣,一次過俾你試曬兩種口味。👍🏻


風味口水雞
整體調味很平衡,怕辣既朋友都可以食到。食到辣椒油嘅香味,但又不會太鹹。雞件的大小適中,方便一口食。

海蜇頭青瓜
海蜇頭很爽脆,有麻油香,建議同青瓜一起進食,可以中和海蜇頭的鹹味,青瓜既酸味令到整到菜更加開胃。👍🏻

今餐係好抵食既套餐👍🏻平時單叫鮑魚都可能要成幾百蚊,但呢個套餐仲要包片皮鴨、波士頓龍蝦同海星班既高貴食材,仲有個海景😎良朋歡眾嚟講真係唔錯👍🏻
