之前很多次的紀念日都係食扒或法式私房菜,現在年紀開始大了,胃口少了,又想趁難得兩人晚餐吃小朋友吃不到的食物,所以最近兩次都選擇了日本菜。這次選擇了日本燒。入到去不久,店員為我們詳細解釋餐廳主打濱燒,亦介紹餐牌上其中兩個海鮮拼盆及各海鮮的建議煮法,大部分海鮮都有兩件及兩個煮法,兩個拼盆最大分別是,一個配時令魚(當晚是喜之次,還有....忘記了),另一款主打龍蝦。我們選擇了龍蝦拼盆然後再加鯛魚、活北寄貝、清酒再加兩個甜品,而每款海鮮我們都選了兩種不同方法處埋。店員首先送上前菜,是蔬菜配鯷魚醬如果我沒記錯的話,醬頗鹹,所以點少少即可。之後會先把所叫的海鮮放到盆上,好讓你影靚相。首先是龍蝦刺身及活北寄貝刺身,兩款都很爽甜接著是磯燒鮑魚,醬汁濃度剛剛好再來原條鯛魚刺身,當晚其實有4條不同的魚可供選擇,其中這款鯛魚適合刺身,我又想吃刺身,所以選了這條燒龍蝦,配餅乾味道剛剛好天婦羅蝦,難得有咁大的牡丹蝦做天婦羅,連埋蝦頭送清酒一流想健康一點,所以選了野菜蟹鍋,無乜味之後還有燒3款貝殼類海鮮,當中以鮑魚及黑松露牛油帶子最好味最後是甜品,兩款甜味都後濃味,適合重口味的朋友。
