😋 ins:eatwithsirui🔹店内环境舒适,还有两只秋千,很适合约会。🔸前菜是厨师特选生蚝,黑松露牛肝菌搭配芝士,霸王蟹腿和老虎虾。🔸主菜是三文鱼和风干了三十天的西冷牛排。离开纽约后已经很久没有吃到这么棒的煎三文鱼了,鲜美多汁,外皮酥脆,鱼肉又嫩的出水。牛排是主厨推荐,medium rare或者rare,风干三十天牛排边缘原本就有些嚼劲,轻轻生煎嫩到不行,完全没有血水。🔸甜品是白巧克力panna cotta白巧克力提拉米苏,panna cotta搭配混合梅子酱中和了甜腻,提拉米苏比较厚实。奶油部分和巧克力融合的刚刚好,超棒!🔸饮品可以特调,只需要告诉小哥哥喜欢什么不喜欢什么,一杯好喝漂亮的mocktail就摆在你面前啦。我选了草莓主题,所以这一杯里加了牛奶,可可粉,草莓,甜甜的像是初恋到热恋之间的味道。🔹人均580+服务费,环境10/10,口味10/10,服务10/10。
