I just want to say that I’ve been to many Japanese restaurants both in Hong Kong or in Japan and never had I ever had eel that is this terrible. Good eel is supposed to be soft, not only did your restaurant fail to do this, your manager belittled and mocked me. Honestly, dining your restaurant is a joke.
