康強街新開左燒味舖,之前經開都想試,今次終於有機會。叫左個叉燒薰蹄飯,店員都冇問我係瘦叉,肥叉or半肥叉。首先上左味精老快人湯,正常啦!叉蹄飯,一上枱,心諗大檸樂,我唔叫你招牌燒鵝姐,洗唔洗瘦到咬唔落既瘦叉我,咬到我牙痛,薰蹄就好普通。失望見到隔離台有叫肥叉燒鵝,先有正常叉燒,你咁大間舖頭,個客唔講咁切咬唔入既瘦叉比人?唔係呀嘛,走之前都真望下個燒味櫃,重有好多叉燒喎,你咁樣蝦d第一次黎幫襯既客仔?老表燒鵝,莫非只有燒鵝先有普通燒味舖既質素?
