家中排行最細的我, 一屋男人, 小時候已很渴望有個妹妹, 直到姪女出世, 自然當她妹妹般看待, 所以跟她的感情要好。她之前見我食日式放題有Movenpick雪糕食, 嚷著想去, 於是趁她放暑假, 就帶她去大拆一餐。上回到過旺角的"御滿屋"都不錯, 今回則選擇同區的"至尊滿屋", 因為"至尊"聽落好像再利害一點(哈哈!!), 而且主打壽司和刺生, 是姪女的至愛。以為平日晚上不會有太多人出外用膳, 那就錯了, 晚上七點全店已是爆滿呢, 幸好早已訂檯! 星期一至三的晚市放題收費是$228 (另收加一), 星期四及週末多加$10-$20, 最便宜的莫過於是午市: $188!佔地雖不及御滿屋那邊的大, 但人頭湧湧, 非常有氣氛。而這邊主打壽司刺生的吧檯則是焦點所在。凍櫃的飲品選擇也不遑多讓, 汽水, 果汁和啤酒, 全是自由選擇, 當然也照顧不喝凍飲的朋友, 有熱茶供應。還有甜品櫃, 精緻糕點都不敵Movenpick和Haagen Dazs, 所以肚子沒有多餘位置放下甜品了!放題選擇共有16張紙之多, 個半小時的放題光陰好快會過, 所以把握時間, 邊食邊落單。先來刺生:點了三文魚, 鮑魚片和日本玉

豆紙香茅三文魚沙律 - 用豆腐所造的青綠色"豆紙", 柔軟得來帶煙韌, 味道微微清香, 反而香茅味不是太出眾, 淺嚐一下也不錯。

點了黃金炸雞, 吉列炸帶子和吉列蠔, 炸得金黃又不油膩, 尤其以炸雞最好食, 口味平衡, 香口又不膩。

虎蝦天婦羅, 溫室南瓜天婦羅和蕃薯天婦羅。爽口彈牙的蝦肉, 火喉恰到好處又不會炸得太乾, 香氣十足, 虎蝦和南瓜忍不住要再來一回。
