Bib bib bib拎餐嚕
首先係朋友既西冷配蒜油
朋友話西冷牛味唔算重 食落啖啖肉 連根 食既時候最好食咗厚肉嗰邊先 因為塊石好快凍
配既蒜油出色 香得黎唔搶味
佢另外仲有跟柚子燒汁 濃味既 唔好點太多 柚子感覺清新

之後就係我既後腰三角肉配蔥油
真心欣賞後腰三角肉 牛味好重 瘦得來唔會乾唔會鞋 反而仲好多汁 鍾意牛味重既朋友一定會好鍾意
配既蔥油 基本上係淨蔥 冇油既
但呢個組合 好好 可以好純粹咁欣賞塊肉 加咗少少枱上面既岩鹽 完美提鮮 唔需要太多醬料 已經好完美 推介!
