To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日比細佬拉去食茶木，其實本身同呀媽飲茶，一路飲一路等本身都唔係話好想食邊樣野，不過聽到有麻醬麵就試下徐太宇的麻醬麵 $68好大碗麻醬，而麵就係扁身嘅，有啲魚肉、花生同青瓜，整體係幾豐富食果陣麻醬帶有好濃嘅花生味，初初都係夾一啖麵落麻醬到食，最後索性倒麻醬落麵到食始終分開上係呼應番徐太宇嘅習慣，個人都係覺得不如溝番埋一齊食仲直接XD事實上麵嘅份量叫做啱啱好，只係溝埋麻醬所以會有飽肚感而細佬叫左個香辣牛肉麵，特別之處係用同麻醬麵一樣嘅麵條，同埋有大舊蘿蔔加薯仔，不過個人覺得黎茶木都係試下特色野好啲
