To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個個都話北京樓好食,就連我個外國返嚟嘅朋友都聽過呢個名,所以今日佢約我出嚟飲茶就選擇咗去葵芳嘅北京樓試吓佢係咪真係咁好食,不過我覺得都只係普普通通一般貨色。。。其實呢間野都幾隱蔽,要去新都會廣場上到5樓再穿過空中花園平台先搵到。。唔係好就腳。屬於貴價菜,普普通通整個菜肉水餃都要七八十蚊,相比起其他茶樓兩個大點都唔使呢個價錢。。。點心收費都可以接受,不過主要考慮因素係食物素質。坐低開完茶先就會送上開胃菜,唔使講就梗係收錢㗎啦,$20碟,有啲酸菜青瓜豆卜花生,係就係幾好食,不過夾埋一齊食就唔係好夾...酸菜味濃,青瓜清淡,雖則都係好爽脆,但夾埋一齊食就有種互不相干嘅感覺🧐我都唔係好識形容總之就怪怪地菠蘿叉燒包,送上枱嘅時候都仲熱辣辣㗎,菠蘿皮脆,包都好軟熟,不過味道偏甜。。叉燒餡比例好少,叉燒肉質鞋口而且唔香叉燒味,餡料味道都係偏甜,整體感覺就係得個甜字。反而呢個沙律明蝦角就唔錯嘅,不過我認為可以玩一個器皿去present,呢隻碟明明可以裝到四粒,你就搵個位去放沙律醬,感覺上不太presentable ,話晒都$35啦⋯⋯不過味道唔差嘅,鮮蝦爽甜仲有汁,熱辣辣勁脆口即叫即炸,皮唔會太厚,唔

小籠包六隻$66蚊,唔算太好食,個餡有啲鬆散,不過裏面真係好多湯嘅,但係啲肉又唔算好甜,中規中矩冇乜特別。不過就唔覺得佢值$11一粒

鮑汁鳳爪偏鹹,如果鍾意食重口味嘅你應該會喜歡,但係我覺得隻味似係醬汁鳳爪多啲,炆得唔夠入味,淨係啲汁好鹹,花生又煮得唔夠淋。。
