今日去咗呢度食dinner,呢間舖頭出名係食即製嘅瀨粉。我未食過新鮮嘅瀨粉,就係畀呢樣嘢吸引咗就入去食。叫佐一杯豆漿嚟飲,覺得好甜,有冇乜豆味,唔好飲。喺度食瀨粉,就好似叫車仔麵咁樣,逐個逐個餸加,加下、加下,都唔平。我叫咗呢個「清湯鮮製瀨粉」$24 + 魚蛋$6 + 墨丸 $6 + 豆卜 $5。老老實實,魚蛋、墨丸嘅味道,真係好普通,一食就知道絕對係出面廠房交嚟嘅貨,係週街都食到嘅味,仲要係唔好味。個湯底講到出神入化嘅豬骨湯底,但係飲落去都係冇乜特別,而且味道都幾咸。呢度嘅瀨粉話係即製,個質地都幾滑溜,但係除咗話滑溜溜之外,就唔覺有乜嘢出色嘅地方,我覺得有啲過淋。
