To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 3月18日揾食肥華同靚媽,行完維園花展,便順道到銅鑼灣,呢間有米芝蓮星,光環照住嘅酒楼,食午饍,有米芝蓮車胎人,加持嘅效應下,此店非常旺埸有九成入座率,而此店各員工,對肥華及靚媽呢對稀客都服務週到,彬彬有禮,若果米芝蓮車胎人啲星,喺頒贈俾比店嘅,楼面前綫,服務員工,揾食肥華絕無異意。至於食品方面,肥華今餐除咗對,嗰味豉油皇鵝腸,感到滿意之外,其他嘅,䓤銀絲生蠔煲,啲蠔唔夠生鮮個芡汁似䊢糊,燒鵝飯碗飯夠唔淋口,啱肥華口味,但主角燒鵝,皮唔脆肉唔厚又淡口,兩個食品都係失敗之作,而個所謂雞絲粉卷,外層粉皮,又厚又嚡内祗見到, 一舊舊雞肉和配料,未見到有任何絲狀物體,咁嘅質素,鷄絲粉卷,更加喺,失敗中嘅失敗,所以此店得到米芝蓮星,應該喺憑,員工待客之道,並非;此店之食品!
