沙田越來越多好野食之前上深圳一直想食呢間得獎無數嘅潮汕菜今日終於喺度俾我食到金獎潮鹵拼盤賣相好靚好豐富,一次過可以試晒多款滷水包括鵝片、鵝頸、鵝血、廣章(潮洲豬肉條)、腩肉及秘滷溏心蛋,口感軟糯,蛋黃香甜香煎鯧魚曾榮獲香港潮菜銀獎呢個菜好有驚喜,煎得外皮又脆又薄,肉質鮮嫩又滑,魚骨不多,小朋友及老人家都容易食,必試菜式海鮮砂鍋粥好鮮甜,有機大米加入鮮蝦、花甲、蠔仔等金獎鵝肝口感細膩,比煎鵝肝少了油膩感潮汕七樣菜就好似香港嘅雜菜煲,七樣菜拼在一鍋金不換炒薄殼第一次食呢個菜,雖然細細粒但係肉質鮮甜配埋金不換,好惹味蜜蘭香仲有食潮州菜點少得功夫茶
