To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行七人到太湖食晚飯, 見呢度有咁多得獎o既菜式, 就故且一試啦, 睇下有幾巴閉.已經叫晒佢o地7樣特色o既菜連清蒸大閘蟹($48 each), 本來諗住蒸大閘蟹都好易整jar, 咪叫話上左大閘蟹先lor, 點知等左好耐都冇.... 唯有叫佢上其他野. 三弄回味牛肉, 肉質係有d似牛腩, 外皮有少許脆, 口感係幾得意, 汁好濃, 味道有D紅燒O既.半隻芝麻雞, 肉質唔夠滑煮得老左, 唔係好特別JAR, & 好細隻. 薑粒活魚炒飯係有好重O既薑味, 魚就冇乜味啦, 我會覺得可能D魚根本就係唔新解, 所以咪用黎用薑炒辟腥味. 大閘蟹亦唔夠多膏, 但48蚊仲想點, 都係志在食下過下癮.其他菜名都唔係好記得喇, 只係可以形容下, 有個係龍蝦仔同蝦丸O既, 個汁類似薑蔥屈蟹咁O既味啦, 唔覺得好好食. 淨低O既都唔寫喇, 因為實在令人失望, 菜唔係話好好食, 價錢都略貴, "送"份量又少, 真係一人都未必食到一舊, 咁O既價錢我唔會再去食LOR, 食過一次就算喇.PS. 佢O地D碗碟好污糟, 食大閘蟹O既工具有漬架......真係令人有D反胃.....
