To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期天到銅鑼灣睇阿拉丁中午塲,兩個多小時的戲故要先吃點東西。銅鑼灣廣場二期的太湖海鮮城早上10:30 營業,這間得獎很多的食肆早茶有其捧場客,朋友先去拿位說未開市已經有人在電梯口等候。我們二人叫了三個點心,開了壼普洱茶,水滾茶靚帶有點香甜。鮮蝦燒賣皇-賣相不錯,燒賣頂鋪有一隻大蝦,豬肉餡彈牙,咬口爽滑。香茜叉燒腸-叉燒份量足夠,食起腸粉來有口感,豉油另上任君喜歡加多加少。青蔬雞絲湯米-青菜兩小段,雞絲份量不太多,米粉幼身,湯底味道則不錯。整體來說,這餐早茶都不錯。
