To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得放假，就捉咗老公一齊去食下午茶，近近地就過對面茶記食佢嘅下午茶選擇都好啱我哋胃口乾炒牛河，份量就比平時午餐細少少，牛河炒得幾入味，牛肉都唔少，不過如果可以再淋一啲會更好吉列魚柳包，佢個賣相幾吸引，麵包好軟熟，而且個魚柳係即炸，熱辣辣幾好食，入邊仲有沙律醬，生菜，蕃茄，都幾足料試埋佢個招牌炸雞髀薯角，隻雞髀真係好大隻，味道較重，炸嘢就啱晒我哋兩個胃口，都係啱啱炸起，勁熱，配埋薯角食真係一流我鍾意老公嗰杯椰汁紅豆冰，椰汁味超重，唔會太甜啱啱好
