To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三隻白鴿造型嘅鳳梨酥,乖乖哋坐喺籠內等候被食用,又係一吸睛之作。酥皮造功認真,有細心刻畫白鴿尾巴同翼嘅細節,創意十足。不過個人認為鳳梨餡味道偏甜,口感亦過於硬身,食開正宗鳳梨酥嘅朋友可能會感失望。

葡國鮮奶撻 🥧
另一款甜品係葡國鮮奶撻,三隻迷你撻賣相的式可愛,撻面鋪有黃糖,營造微焦效果。雖然望落同一般蛋撻仔無咩分別,但千祈唔好俾表層黃色呃咗!咬落先知裏面係白色,係鮮奶撻嚟。但始終撻皮比較易散,鮮奶蛋漿亦無咩香味,同想像中嘅「葡撻」有少少出入。
