To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從來唔鍾意食越南嘢嘅人

我係一個從來唔鍾意食越南嘢嘅人，通常食嘅嘢都係為主中菜或者台式嘢多，但今日無啦啦心血來潮就想試吓越南嘢，就搵咗呢間嘢試吓。到去就見到燈光好光猛，周圍貼住好多越南嘢嘅貼紙，就俾人哋感覺到呢間嘢就係食越南嘢嘅氣氛。因為好少食越南嘢，所以我都唔知點咩嘢食好，於是求其點左幾個佢推介嘅嘢食，因為好少食越南嘢，所以覺得越南嘢食好一般般，但居然今次食果幾個餸令我喜出望外，原來越南嘢食都可以好好食。食到咁上下，我仲叫咗杯奶昔添，呢間嘢令我對越南嘢食有啲改觀，相信我距離下一次食越南嘢嘅日子又近左一步。
