To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

員工之間冇溝通,超級混亂!早幾日已經一早book咗今晚6:00(食第一輪晚上6:00-8:00,即8:00前要交枱)4位。因為打電話去訂位嘅時候,問定佢地有冇阿拉斯加長腳蟹,職員話有好多隻,hold定一隻比我,仲話可以自己去魚缸揀添!一心諗住媽媽生日,可以氹下媽媽開心!所以5:55已經入坐,差唔多係酒樓頭幾張枱嘅客。侍應話可以走去魚缸揀長腳蟹,初初話叫我地就甘去魚缺邊,同同事講幾多號枱就得。點知後來我同爸爸去都爸爸去到魚缺位,又話要帶枱卡,我又行返去拿。我爸爸一直企係魚缸邊等、之後有幾個客走過黎魚缺邊企喺我哋隔離,但好搞笑,洒家個員工一直係魚缺度捉左三隻長腳蟹,各放落三個桶就走咗去。完全冇理會我哋!我唯有問收銀職員(收銀櫃檯正正對住魚缺)係咪喺度等?收銀員工話「會叫同事出黎,企係度等得架啦!」當等左陣個職員真係返來,但佢冇問排隊次序,比三個客打左我地尖,遇到啲幾個打尖嘅無品客,心情當然唔開心,雖然我亦嘗試同其中一個客講「我哋嚟先」但係個亞叔扮晒嘢,話自己第一個來到,完全係講大話,員工當然唔會理,我哋亦唔想同人爭、已經啞忍!成個安排真係好失當!最後嗰幾個打尖客揀完一隻又唔啱,又要揀過,來

最後嗰幾個打尖客揀完一隻又唔啱,又要揀過,來來去去,起碼搞咗15分鐘。最後我哋唔使3分鐘,揀左隻6斤6嘅長腳蟹後,諗住希望一切順利吧!


點知…我哋已經食晒之前叫嘅餸,冇嘢食,只係等隻蟹出埸…….一直見住隔離同後面枱遲過我哋入坐、當然後過我哋揀蟹(又係叫長腳蟹),重要食完走埋。我哋追咗幾次,職員話我哋隻蟹好大隻,個爐唔夠位,叫我哋等多15分鐘,一定有!


之後我地眼見陸陸續續嘅長腳蟹喺傳菜車推出來,喺我哋身邊經過,一直期望係我哋㗎啦掛,但係每次都係失望而回!唔講笑,起碼近十隻長腳蟹、冇一隻係我哋嘅!


期間,我哋發現側邊枱有兩枱客都投訴緊,一枱係打邊爐,佢哋個爐一直唔work, 員工知道後,又冇咗件事,冇幫佢哋跟進。佢哋等咗超過半個鐘,食物已經喺晒枱面,但係冇得打邊爐!


另一台,又係叫咗嘅嘢好耐未嚟,客人問員工攞醬汁,員工答冇呢個醬汁。之後聽到客人話,上次來食咪就係有呢個醬。


因為一直冇嘢食,四個人呆等又八卦完其他枱嘅投訴之後,職員之前說好15分鐘嘅蟹完全冇動靜,已經20幾分鐘啦,心諗, 已經7:30 ,隻蟹又唔知幾時先來,8:00點樣可以交枱呢?追又追過,嬲又嬲過,我哋唯有放棄,決定埋單走人!其實我哋叫左個南瓜菜煲,如果佢哋有心留客人,應該先出咗厘個餸等我哋食住等。


母親大人嘅生日飯食到一肚氣!而且酒樓啲藉口話隻蟹太大,實在係太funny. 中間因為一直等等等太無聊所以我哋又留意到,有個男經理,完全係唔做嘢,好卸膊嗰啲!有兩個女職員,做到上氣唔接下氣!


呢間野,一定冇下次!!!上個月爸媽試過來飲茶,等咗45分鐘先至有第二碟點心到,中間追果經理又話冇漏單,之後再追又話係漏咗單!諗住俾多次機會佢哋,試吓晚餐會唔會好啲,點知都係衰咗!
