由細到大都好鍾意食蝦,唔少朋友仔都知道。所以今次個朋友就帶咗我去太子一間以蝦為主題的餐廳。睇嚟係年輕人開的小店,門面都幾有特色。一推門就會見到有個大魚缸,裏邊係清一色的蝦、蝦、蝦!座位都幾新淨企理,一坐低店員亦馬上奉上紫薯酥作前菜。原來佢哋係以蝦作乾鍋,乾鍋口味有成十幾款,目不暇給。朋友仔話最好食係奶油蝦同埋鹹蛋蝦,但我就想試吓新野,揀咗避風塘蝦。蝦鍋一上枱嚇親我哋,原來係成個煲湯煲咁大,唔好以為係煲仔菜嗰種煲仔。八隻大蝦整齊排列,全部都都均勻地沾上醬料,一入口好惹味。再咬落去,就是蝦的鮮味,大頭蝦仲有唔少蝦膏添!一場黎到食台灣菜,少不免滷肉飯同青菜。兩樣小菜的份量都唔細。醉雞卷都幾有驚喜,唔知點解佢哋可以做到無骨的效果,啖啖肉令人好滿足。醉雞的酒味夠香夠濃,雞髀亦有雞味,唯一不足係質感稍為硬左少少。最後亦有一個精彩環節,就係我最鍾意的番薯雪糕。番薯雪糕味濃,好似成隻番薯食入口咁,總唔會令我失望。估唔到呢間小店都有得食。我亦試咗一款新味道,就係南瓜雪糕。南瓜雪糕的size驚人,努力左15分鐘都唔能夠完成,建議搵多個朋友仔分享。
