遇上生日月份,飯局多了不少,但自從某事發生,已不想大鑼大鼓的攪,反倒想三五知自好好的吃一餐。IL POSTO 97位處蘭桂芳,理應人多到暈,但可能早到,店內客人不多,不知什麼一回事,跟食友兩個望完餐牌竟然提不起勁,只簡單的點了spaghetti及一碟risotto便算。Wagyu Spaghetti Bolgnese用上slow cook 八小時的Wagyu,已經軟腍入味,意大利粉沾上肉汁變得更惹味,再加上幾片Parmesan,散發芝士的濃香,真的不錯。Risotto ai frutti di mare份量不多,煮得有點夾生飯口感,相當對辨,用白酒煮的醬汁亦夠濃稠,加入青口等海鮮料更是吸引,只可惜兩個人都想轉場,唯有走人。
