To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從未試過咁氣頂! 再是這樣的服務態度, 去沙田中心新開的幾間食店好過!

因為上次和友人到尖咀3哥譚仔食完之後, 我總覺得沙中譚仔比較好食, 所以今日約下午4:30分再次去沙中譚仔光顧看看那家比較好, 我叫了雞肉墨丸米線, 大約等了15分鐘後還未到, 而遲來旁邊枱的客人都已經來了, 我最初以為可能是不同餸不同時間吧. 再過一會, 見服務員放了一碗好像雞肉墨丸米線到旁邊枱, 而客人說不是她的, 那服務員就將那碗米線放回盤上, 我立即問該服務員是否我的, 她沒有理會我, 繼續派其他盤上的米線, 最後把那碗米線送回廚房! 我催問另一服務員, 她說幫我跟進, 我再等了一會, 沒人理我, 我再問服務員, 她居然問我是否轉了枱!! 我聽後十分氣頂, 望一望手錶已經4時50分, 我一句不說連忙拿袋走人. 我從未試過這樣做過, 估不到發生在沙中譚仔身上.
