Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁住復活節,一家四口。晚上六時半駕車到科大大學食自助餐。貪佢夠新,去到只有一半入座率。環境很大,十分開陽。接待處的職員十分有禮貌熱情招呼,安排我們坐下,並介紹我地的特色是有戶外燒烤,有生蠔及蟹。先講講戶外燒烤的食物有什麼?有茄子,秋刀魚。蠔,蟹,牛仔骨,雞翼。去到見到d豪大大隻很美麗本來打算等,但是有位年紀較大相信較為高級的侍應叫我們翻入去等這裏冇得先訂,亦都冇得order叫,他們會燒完出來,放在一個熱盤上。你地自己去取。即系任距地燒,佢哋鍾意燒就燒賣,你地冇得揀,我地就系室內坐著乾著等。他們一出。我地就好似乞衣搶飯食。終於等到大約九點鐘,其他人飲食曬嘢,終於等到期待的生蠔,每人兩隻,點知,啲生蠔好似過期一樣,有啲似豪屎完全冇鮮味,用了很多鹽醃製,鹹到出汁!我老公食了一隻,即刻吐出嚟!其他啲食物好普通通,相信最矜貴都是牛仔骨和蟹,味道不錯!最最最最離譜是,等到八點25分,竟然出最貴的,羊架一盤, 等到八點35分再嚟一盤扇貝!之前, 這兩樣羊架及扇貝從來未出過!當時客人大約十幾位,大家已經食了九成九,見到也吃不下,見不到有客人取!九點鐘完自助餐,如何享用呢!甜品方面:  最令人離譜的是,

甜品方面:  最令人離譜的是,竟然自助餐沒有最基本的雪糕!啲蛋糕簡直差到無論,冇口感鬆泡泡簡直是街邊五十文一磅的蛋糕,但冇大家不要忘記這裡是酒店,酒店的蛋糕如何差!

還有一種柚子啫哩的甜品。但食落去竟然是鹹的。酒店???簡直差過茶餐廳!

這裡大人消費三百小朋友消費二百,我哋兩大兩細竟然出了1100蚊啲單!我向侍應反映,他說對改單,"改了"之後仍然是1100蚊,我叫他再check多次先至改為1000蚊,大家要小心,簡直要小心

种类少我唔介意,但质素差到这个level,值$100-150 一位

总括而言,今天,做了四条水鱼😭😭😭😭
