Restaurant: The Chef's Table

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我無乜寫過食評,但今次真係要分享下,希望唔好再有人中招。 *從未食過咁難食嘅自助餐* 有圖有真相。。。垃圾,真係無樣野放得入口,肉干憎憎無味,海鮮唔新鮮,西瓜無味,菠蘿生outout酸到即吐出嚟,甜品差,服務態度更加唔想講。收得成千蚊,真係無乜理由俾d咁野客人食囉。燒牛扒酸酸地,鮑魚橡皮又無味,連揀無可揀食條腸仔成陣雪味+咸到苦,我真係想問問到底d食物係咪過左期,以後都唔會再去,咁大間酒店,真係估唔到可以差成咁。
