To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

lnuch堂食,選擇了一份餐牌上”炸魚手指配薯角”的午餐。到餐後,第一眼看到一個籃仔放住2條炸魚手指+4-5舊炸洋蔥圈。我第一時間就問服務員: 乜唔係薯角咩?服務員姐姐話: 係底啊!我”裝”落籃仔個底先見到3舊仔薯角,然後我問: 我唔食洋蔥,可唔可以將洋蔥圈轉薯角?服務員問左個應該係話事嘅女人,個女人用好差的語氣說: 我哋出餐係咁出架喎!你叫之前唔問下個餐有咩係度?咁我咪話: 下?反而係我錯?依家洋蔥多過薯角喎,咁你餐牌唔寫有洋蔥 ?女人就用罵人的語氣態度嗌到全個餐廳都聽到: 配菜黎架嘛,咁其他餐有椰菜,唔通我又寫出嚟啊?你叫過其他餐囉⋯🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬餐牌無寫有洋蔥,依家配菜多過主菜,反而指責人客點餐前無問到個餐有咩?咁其他餐個椰菜會唔會多過飯啊?食個湯麵都唔會蔥多過麵啦!😤😤😤
