To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時朋友聚餐都需要苦惱一番,中菜會是不錯的選擇,但又擔心沒新意。紫玉蘭吃的是中菜,從經典的料理中加入創新的配搭。位於中環的交易廣場,位置有點隱蔽,花了點時間才找到上去的樓梯。晚上的燈光偏昏暗,為走簡約風裝潢的餐廳增添一份神秘感。餐桌上放置了當晚會有菜式的餐牌,從前菜到甜品都幾豐富。這個份量給8個人吃剛剛好,中菜還是要人數比較多一起吃才開心嘛。玉蘭三小碟,我自己最喜歡口感清脆的 海哲頭。另外還有味道獨特的 田七苗 和味道鮮美的 腐皮卷。脆煎灌湯小籠包 - 感覺就是生煎包的迷你版。包底很香脆,肉餡惹味。小籠包內有湯汁﹐吃的時候要小心燙口喲。宋嫂魚羹 - 聽說這魚羹是因為南宋皇帝吃過後就變成了名菜。不論在貌相還是味道上都擬似蟹羹,鮮嫩滑潤。滿口香炸八塊 - 看到中文菜名時還在想是什麼來著。上桌後發現這不就炸雞嗎?不過雞皮炸得超脆,雞肉也很滑嫩多汁。北京蔥爆炒鮮牛肉 - 牛肉嫩滑還有微微的蔥香。吃的時候可以放進香甜酥脆的夾餅中一起吃。龍蝦球麻婆豆腐 - 第一次看到這樣的組合,這就是經典料理中加入創新的配搭吧。滑嫩的豆腐加上麻香十足的醬汁,絕對是送飯吃的首選。金華火腿燉津白 & 雪裡蕻絲炒年糕前
