每次去銅鑼灣食飯,諗食咩已經好傷腦筋,次次食親都係西式、日式菜,大部份都貴格唔飽,細細碟。幸好比我發現原來依頭開左依間港式新派茶餐廳,店鋪環境都以懷舊香港做主題,灌注左新派風格,都有唔少人專程黎試依度既創意磚頭飯芝士牛肉蔥油餅卷: 賣相唔錯同擺得有心思,蔥油餅餅皮煎得好香脆,咬一口入面既芝士味道好濃,牛肉惹味嫩滑,整個脆口又啖啖肉黑松露卡邦尼亞撈丁: 港式公仔麵既西式煮法,入面既材料有煙肉、洋蔥、流心蛋,流心蛋蛋汁流哂出黎好邪惡,離遠已聞到陣陣黑松露味,卡邦尼汁入口好creamy,同公仔麵撈埋食好香濃同幾好味,我平時好鍾意食卡邦尼亞意粉,估唔到用公仔面代替意粉,口感都唔錯,別有一番風味磚頭牛肉飯: 份量都幾重量級,係二至三人份量,滑蛋牛肉入口嫩滑,磚頭包內裝滿炒飯,汁淋係面頭已經好吸睛,麵包焗得好酥脆,滑蛋牛肉配麵包一齊食又得,一餸兩食好抵
