To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我與友人在11/12（日）中午十二時半左右到達餐廳，內裡客人不少，地方淺窄，但也有聖誕🎄裝飾。我們叫了2個套餐壽喜燒汁慢煮牛柳（$198）：牛柳較凍，飯幾好食，有茶碗蒸👍🏻，枝豆，漬物及湯。湯也不錯😌玉子燒（$88）：有紫菜、蟹籽等Orange Mocktail（$78）及昭和富士山（$68）海鹽芝士焙菜麻糬卷蛋（$62）：細細件，cream是海鹽芝士，焙菜味不重。埋單要加一，亦見到餐廳有不少客人，如要打卡影相，可能要早啲到啦
