威靈頓牛柳🐃本來就已是一款好花功夫的菜式,以菠菜取代蘑菇餡,都幾特別。而日本豬鞍都好正,Bagna Cauda 是種由大蒜、橄欖油、醃漬鯷魚和奶油煮成的沾醬,同豬鞍都幾夾。

日式蛋包飯🥚是我的至愛,這個用上了傳統日式的紅酒燴牛肉醬汁,牛肉炆到好淋,飯粒有茄汁炒香,蛋亦滑溜非常。🍝明太子意粉有加入紫蘇葉減低油膩的感覺。

最後的甜品是中間塗了抹茶醬的蝴蝶酥和わらび餅。抹茶回甘,帶有小苦澀非常啱我口味🍵
