Restaurant: Eggenberg Island Café & Bar

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入黑之後嘅長洲,細舖開始慢慢收檔,人流亦都愈來愈少,我地行咗成日都攰攰地,又唔想出到市區先再搵餐廳食晚餐,再決定嚮長洲解決。呢間餐廳就座落於去海灘嘅路上,幾有外國情調,就好似啲海邊嘅小餐館咁~座位嘅空間亦都幾大幾舒適~我地點咗兩款主菜同一款主食,都係我最鍾意嘅:香炸魷魚鬚 HKD40好香脆可口,最岩用黎送啤酒~椒鹽軟殼蟹 HKD80惹味~!不過份量就比較細。招牌焗豬手 HKD188焗豬手外皮香脫,而內層嘅肉就好鬆軟,鬆軟到只需要輕輕力,就可以將肉撕成一條條纖維咁,味道鹹鹹鮮鮮,唔錯唔錯~

而內層嘅肉就好鬆軟,
鬆軟到只需要輕輕力,
就可以將肉撕成一條條纖維咁,
味道鹹鹹鮮鮮,
唔錯唔錯~
