To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳係德國風格裝修,仲有露天庭院同現場音樂,感覺好chill。一入去就試咗佢哋嘅凱撒沙律,配煙三文魚、牛油果同香草欖油醬,真係好fresh,好開胃。😛之後就試咗紐倫堡豬肉腸,配埋酸椰菜,豬肉腸夠晒juicy,酸椰菜又好夾👍🏻最驚喜係嗰個意大利寬條麵,配紅酒燴牛面脥,肉嫩滑,紅酒味濃,真係好滋味。😍Four Season mocktail係我嘅心水,芒果汁、橙汁、蘋果汁同番石榴汁混埋一齊,好清爽。而Gin & Pink cocktail就更加唔可以錯過,Gin配葡萄柚汁、番石榴糖漿、蘇打同百里香,味道層次好豐富,飲完真係好舒服。👍🏻呢到真係係一個好好嘅地方,同朋友一齊嚟食嘢、飲嘢、chill下,真係一流。下次去銅鑼灣,記得去試下!
