PJ對德國菜的印象只限於鹹豬手、腸仔、啤酒。今天和一大班好友共聚,友人建議來這間於銅鑼灣開業不久的德國菜餐廳 Schnee,位置方便,於銅鑼灣廣場2期行前幾步便會到達。搭電梯上1樓,Schnee 一室啡木紅磚設計,配合超大盾牌掛於牆上做裝飾,十足十置身於歐洲的diners內,氣氛不錯。原來這裡也有 private room,可坐上10人。德國啤酒世界聞名,這裡也有提供多款啤酒,當中歷史悠久的 Bitburger 最受客人歡迎。這裡的 bartender 對啤酒充滿熱誠,他亦透露遲啲會推出用新鮮生果調製的各種 cocktail。整體上 Schnee 無論是食物或服務都不錯,加上價錢親民,係銅鑼灣區可稱得上是平、靚、正之選。自家制全麥包配芝士碟 ($58),德國人最喜歡吃 Pretzel,這裡的軟硬適中,而且帶一點鹹香。眾人都點了湯來分享;海鮮番茄清湯($68) / 德國經典薯仔湯 ($58) / 傳統匈牙利熱燉牛肉湯 ($58)海鮮番茄湯果然夠清,內含多種海鮮,但味道不夠,有點淡。傳統匈牙利熱燉牛肉湯味道濃郁,牛肉粒嫩滑。後面的薯仔湯有粒粒薯蓉,口感不錯。我們點了兩款 "傳統德國香脆薯餅
