To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又黎元氣高速線，今次難得下午時間唔駛等位，都幾開心！今期期間限定竟然係四國嘅德島名物入饌，同埋都唔貴，我好鍾意四國，果時去旅行都食咗唔少阿波美雞🤣點左幾款嚟試吓，第一次食鰤魚，都幾肥美，配上酸橘牆油感覺清新。阿波尾雞牛蒡薯餅($17)濃淡得宜；我最鍾意既係照燒風親子軍艦($17)，果個好似桃既野係蛋黃黎！好似食緊親子丼咁🤣。另外當然都有點我最愛既軟殼蟹卷，今次試埋味噌左口魚，但我都係鐘意火炙左口魚多d! 順帶一提，今次去到覺得服務好左，好貼心，同埋願意幫忙，讚。
