To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久不久會來一次德昌因為超愛它們的4樣食物1. 魚片- 我喜愛它夠味, 如得到魚片頭如中獎一樣的開心2. 云吞- 細細粒的云吞,令我想起兒時食到的味道. 沒有太多肉得小小蝦但帶有小小"簡"水味3.牛肋及其牛肋汁- 雖不太愛吃牛不過超愛它們的柱侯牛汁, 牛肋超淋加埋蔥真係正到無朋友.4. 辣油-只係一滴已經很夠辣.它們的辣很短暫, 不過令你食完馬上要飲野. 就是一秒的辣吧. 很正.雖然每次來都要排隧, 不過佢地的流水作業的營運方法都不會排很久便可入座.
