餐廳走德歐風格,好有德國酒吧嘅感覺✨晚餐有set dinner,每set都包有餐湯、前菜、主菜和飲品是日餐湯係蕃茄忌廉湯,我哋另外加咗$38要一個焗酥皮龍蝦湯,即叫即焗酥皮脆卜卜,兩款湯都好Creamy,入口順滑。前菜有溫泉蛋黑醋汁沙律,另加$28巴黎牛油焗田螺,溫泉蛋造型吸引,上面擺咗少少黑松露醬,酸酸地嘅黑醋汁好夾好開胃。田螺口感彈牙,配上蘑菇和牛油薯蓉,整得好正宗!主菜:✨燒法國春雞半黑松露意大利飯~細細隻春雞造型擺得好靚,好有藝術feel,皮薄冇乜脂肪,意大利飯黑松露味好強,食落仲有啲菇粒增加口感,白汁豐富。✨鵝肝牛柳~鵝肝雖然唔算厚身,滑溜加分。牛柳重牛味,我哋選擇咗七成熟,冇咩筋,小朋友都食到。
