To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間日本過江龍拉麵店「METRO豚骨BASE」係九龍灣開香港地區分店， 今日路經九龍灣德福廣場，即刻嚟試下先。餐廳位於德福商場一期，附近亦有不少餐廳選擇。去到「METRO豚骨BASE」，入到門口有一部自動賣票機， 選擇自己嘅拉麵後，將收據交俾店員，稍後就會將拉麵送到面前第一次食呢間拉麵，試下醬油豚骨味先（$72）拉麵湯頭濃厚，麵質有咬勁，豚肉大大片，配上溏心蛋及蔬菜， 味道還算不錯呢 份量對我黎講有少少偏少，如果可以大份d就好啦
