入到去我覺得好似入左TVB劇D舊式酒樓咁,好古式古香,D椅子就好似人地D功夫椅,成個設計都好懷舊。每隻碗每隻碟都有「心夜來潮」個名,有好特色,等左15分鐘老公終於黎啦,即刻叫野食,餓屎人啦!

睇餐牌既時候,見到有免費潮汕功夫茶,當然要試下啦!我地點左鐵觀音,玩左一輪沖茶之後,淺淺地品嚐一下,十分香既茶味,飲多兩啖有回甘既感覺,值得一讚!

「醬鹵鴨」,本身想食醬鹵鵝,但鵝就$98,鴨就$68,前兩日先食完鵝,所以點左醬鹵鴨。平時食開既打冷,通常只有鹵水鴨OR鹵水鵝,食既時候只會食到鹵水味,變化不大,但呢個醬鹵鴨仲用上秘制醬汁,個醬汁味濃,好JUICY,咸咸地,配埋鹵水個味好襯。$68一份既醬鹵鴨估唔到份量都唔少,數埋成廿幾三十片,我欣賞食店採用瘦鴨,肥肉真係無乜,食都食得健康D啦!肉同骨既份量均等,唔會得骨無肉,每片醬鹵鴨都充滿醬鹵既香味,值得推介!

「手工捻面猴」一睇到呢個名我就覺得好好笑,關馬騮咩事呢?上GOOGLE一睇,原來捻面猴係潮州街邊麵檔常見既菜色,係真真正正既潮州菜,將麵糰捻成一片片,煮好再配上配料。食店探用既配料有肉碎﹑乾魷魚﹑蝦米﹑冬菇﹑菜脯。味道食落好似我地平時食既油渣麵,配料又相似。可能唔係港式既潮州食品,我同老公都覺得一般,湯同配料沒有任何特別味,但想讚的是師傅捻麵糰的功夫,食得出每塊麵糰都薄薄地,但又好堅韌,唔會煮完咬完就散開,功夫一流!

「方魚炒芥蘭」,冬天當然要食芥蘭啦,芥蘭炒得好香,無苦澀味,係就係份量少左DD(因為唔夠喉呀XD),方魚就係我地平時食粥會落既方魚,脆卜卜,好好味,但我個人就覺得唔太夾味,芥蘭無方魚味,好似清炒完芥蘭再另加方魚。但整體味道真係唔錯,食完再望望隻碟,無乜油架,係健康既菜色!

壓軸出埸既係製作需時(等左30分鐘),即叫即煲既潮汕砂窩粥!!!我同老公得兩個人,所以我地叫左個「小」($160起),任點配料,我地揀左蠔仔﹑泥鯭﹑九肚魚同田雞。粥一上,仲大滾緊架!!!!配料好足,好容易就搵到晒D配料出黎,食店童叟無欺,真材實料。特別提一提泥鯭,好多泥鯭,好香,令窩粥十分鮮甜。加上四種配料既砂窩粥呈金黃色,由於好多海鮮,粥底十分鮮甜,粥亦煲得好綿,唔稀,$160真係好抵食!!!!蠔仔無沙,夠乾淨,九肚魚我好少唔係食炸既XD,原來都幾甜幾好味,一如平時,D骨都係食得既,脆卜卜。田雞可能比較貴,所以份量唔太多,我都只係食到過兩次…
