今晚無煮飯,約左老公係荃灣等,周圍行睇下有咩岩食,咁岩要去楊屋道街市嗰邊交收SET奶樽,行下行下就行左去三陂坊附近,見到好多大排檔,零零舍舍有間係埋面,心夜來潮???發現係食潮州野架喎!我有左咁耐都無食過呀!唔理三七二十一,我都要食!入到去我覺得好似入左TVB劇D舊式酒樓咁,好古式古香,D椅子就好似人地D功夫椅,成個設計都好懷舊。每隻碗每隻碟都有「心夜來潮」個名,有好特色,等左15分鐘老公終於黎啦,即刻叫野食,餓屎人啦!睇餐牌既時候,見到有免費潮汕功夫茶,當然要試下啦!我地點左鐵觀音,玩左一輪沖茶之後,淺淺地品嚐一下,十分香既茶味,飲多兩啖有回甘既感覺,值得一讚!「菜脯煎蛋」,老公話一定要食呢個,$40一D都唔貴,塊煎蛋真係成隻碟咁大呀!煎蛋好香,蛋又嫩又滑。爽脆既菜脯係呢味菜既靈魂,菜脯係煎蛋前應該有炒過,即使唔加任何調味料,單憑菜脯已經夠晒味,散發出鹹香味,加埋蛋就更加好味!「醬鹵鴨」,本身想食醬鹵鵝,但鵝就$98,鴨就$68,前兩日先食完鵝,所以點左醬鹵鴨。平時食開既打冷,通常只有鹵水鴨OR鹵水鵝,食既時候只會食到鹵水味,變化不大,但呢個醬鹵鴨仲用上秘制醬汁,個醬汁味濃,好JUI
