最近就試左依間又飽又好食既廚師發辦,價錢比起其他同類型既都平,$650就可以食到omakase$650係有前菜、刺身、蒸物、燒魚、壽司六件等等,堅多野食!!!介紹番個前菜先,有生粟米,炸蓮藕片,三文魚明太子,芥末八爪魚,辛塩魷魚刺身等等。前菜就有甘多款喇,我最鐘意既係壽字碗仔入面既辛塩魷魚刺身,濃而不俗,仲有下面既松前漬,依個係由魷魚絲同昆布整成,有啲似沙律前菜,又滿滿魷魚既味道。之後就係刺身~有兩款,就係深海池魚同黃肌生鮪,兩款刺身都同樣鮮甜,介紹下黃肌生鮪,佢係來自和歌山縣勝浦市產既吞拿魚嚟既,比較腍身,無筋。跟住就有一個蒸魚,店員介紹佢叫做左口魚菜卷有荷蘭豆、蘿蔔既菜蔬係入面,下面仲有粒雜魚丸,口感幾特別,食落唔似魚蛋而係有肉感。接住再嚟一個燒魚,每日唔同既,當日就係依條鹽燒太刀魚成條上果陣聞到好香既燒魚香味,食落口唔會太咸,魚肉好實,唔會鬆散,可以配埋側邊啲配菜一齊食,有山芋、玉子、昆布絲到壽司6件加埋卷物,我食左石垣鯛、深海池魚、炙燒左口魚邊、辛塩味左口魚、甜蝦、三文魚籽及道明寺櫻餅。平時食深海池魚最多都係配些少豉油,就甘食原味。但今次師傅落左啲帶辛辣既脆粒係面頭,食落就無平

平時食深海池魚最多都係配些少豉油,就甘食原味。但今次師傅落左啲帶辛辣既脆粒係面頭,食落就無平時甘一板一眼。反而多左啲辣同香味更提魚既鮮味。

另外佢地既三文魚籽都好卜卜脆,一擺入口就係口裡散開,不過就咸漬味比較重。

抹茶蕨餅有好多抹茶粉係上面,岩晒抹茶控。長崎蛋糕係日本食過已經愛上,面頭有啲砂糖,食落甜甜地好鬆軟。
我覺得依間廚師發辦大件夾抵食,依個價錢食到甘多好野,仲要係飽架,而且每道菜都睇到廚師有放心機係到,整到好靚!真係好值~
