To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大夥人re-u,最好就係乜都可以試 等左好耐, 終於有得開飯喇~吉野蟹籽牛肉飯 $33多左蟹籽聽落高級在,由$24日式牛肉飯升為$33本期望滿滿,卻事與願違, 牛肉味冧味足,蟹籽脆口卜卜聲好特別, 不過冇左牛肉汁餸飯有好大影響, 只剩少量洋蔥有牛肉汁嘅味冧味, 其餘蟹籽量不足以送哂全部飯 ,牛肉因少左汁而乾乾地多左蟹籽就貴左$9,真係唔太值得,食番牛肉飯又多D汁又平D 韮黃蝦仁炒滑蛋配油菜 $38好多 嫩口 滑蛋,有蛋黃香又甜,金兜滑蛋果然永遠冇伏, 甜鹹平衡得好好,蛋黃香甜配爽口少少海產香蝦仁感覺特別 西檸煎軟雞配小棠菜 $33西檸汁超正,甜酸極致, 十分醒胃,配合脆脆炸皮消減油溢感,唯炸雞鎚肉質稍乾缺汁 沙薑鹽水咸雞翅腿 $38沙薑味未算濃,不過雞肉有淡淡鹹味似清雞湯香, 所以食落似雞湯煮雞鎚,清清地得黎又鹹鹹地, 勞碌心境都好似被清理 迷迭香燒雞扒配羊架 $45一督羊架,好似太燶吧, 食落焦位過多澀澀的,而且煎過頭又令佢缺乏肉汁...雞扒相比真係好大塊,鹹香到不得了,相信有相對多調味, 不過肉質乾身,唯有點伴隨嘅黑椒汁 麻辣過橋肥牛

其實肥牛切得太大片了吧,
一大塊黐著左一齊,
肥牛初入口時唔算辣, d汁仲有少少甜甜地, 好易入口

不過不知不覺舌頭有麻痺感覺,
呢種麻痺感又幾過癮

澀不算很澀, 調味少而主要食魚白肉嘅蛋白香,
不過加左唔酸芥末汁, 拌埋魚度又唔出味, 究竟芥末汁有冇意義?

好左都有甜甜的南瓜食,

軟稔質感入口現甜,配魚肉為肉強調肉甜味,

其實可能唔係芥末汁配魚,而係南瓜配魚~

, 我鍾意呢種滷豆腐而唔係軟果種,
牛蹍肉質唔似一般酒家又實又韌的,
鬆鬆地又滲入滷水汁, 入口鹹香帶甘甜, 唔錯

好喇,食原大家又為midterm加油喇,

今個sem 爆4基本啦
